Hello again all you lovely people! Another video this week, this time it's a speedpaint!

This is a gift art for my friend, Shawna! I met her for the first time this summer, and we've been friends for a long time! We did a gift swap in the past and LOVED it, so we did another one this year! The gift swap unboxing will come later, but here's the speedpaint for the piece I made her! c:

We each gave each other a one word theme, and it had to be in black and white and/or grayscale! So it was sort of a challenge, since I'm so used to working with bright colors. I gave her a theme, and she said her theme she'd like was my Twisty Tree! So here you go Shawna, here's a Twisty Tree! c:

Comparing Copic Charts

Hi everyone! Today is my first weekly video, and it's a good one! I was looking for a new Copic chart for my markers for FOREVER until I finally found the website for the well-known HexChart by Sandy Allnock (link). In this week's video, I compare my old 2012 flipbook-style chart, to my brand spankin' new HexChart! I also added a sweet little mini speedpaint to show how my new chart looks like when it's filled in!

Comparing My COPIC Charts

I'm not freaking out about going weekly with my videos, yet. But I'm behind my schedule of making one video every week so far ^^' I'll hopefully have that finished by tomorrow...at the latest Friday because I have two exams on Wednesday and Thursday. We'll see! (:

Behold! My first WEEKLY video! That's right, I'm going weekly! I'll probably only be able to do it until the fall, but hey that's a butt ton of videos between now and then! The commentary on these next couple of my videos might be out of whack, or really confusing, because I made them ahead of time, not knowing I'd have a video every week. So at first I had videos going all the way through MAY and now I only have videos to go through MARCH by going weekly. Soooo that's terrifying xD But the commentary almost always mentions when the video might go up in April or May or something, so that'll be confusing until about 8 weeks in xD Oooooops....ANYWAYS...

This is a piece I did for one of my best buddies, Farah! She's been friends with me for FOREVER and she always recommends books to me. One of the series she recommended was the Lunar Chronicles, and I fell in love right away! I explain more about the piece, and the books, in my new video, so please check it out! <3
